  • Opéra Garnier0.5 km
Palais Garnier, designed by Charles Garnier and opened in 1875, was built as part of the major renovation of the city led by Baron Haussmann. Don't miss the ceiling of the opera, painted by Chagall. Less than 10 minutes from the hotel along Avenue de l’Opéra.
  • Jardin des Tuileries  0.5 km
A place to relax, a place steeped in history, these gardens are the perfect place to take a breather. The gardens owe their name to the tile works which once operated on the site where Queen Catherine de Medici erected the Palais des Tuileries (which no longer exists) in 1564. 5 minutes' walk.
  • Place Vendôme 0.5 km
Head straight down Rue Saint-Honoré, and you'll find Place Vendôme, a synonym of luxury worldwide. Private residences and haute couture and jewellery stores line this square, which was once home to the statue of Louis XIV. 5 minutes' walk from Hotel Saint-Roch.

  • La Madeleine church0.9 km
10 minutes' walk from the hotel, the church of La Madeleine dominates Haussmann's Paris. Unusually for a church, it is built in the style of Greek temple, with no cross or spire. Stop at Ladurée, just off Rue Royale, to sample a succulent macaron.
  • Place de la Concorde1 km
